“Let’s be reasonable and add an eighth day to the week that is devoted exclusively to reading.” – Lena Dunham

Good morning, afternoon or evening! Thank you for hovering on my site for a moment! I hope this finds you well. I am here despite my fear of the internet, AI, too much information sharing, etc. It can all be quite a lot, can’t it? However I have a stubborn streak that can make me want to reach past fears and still try new things anyway despite the risks. Here to not divulge too much but have been looking for a space to keep and share some writing samples as I embark on a hopeful 2nd career of proofreading and writing. You reach an age where the phrase “life is short” is both scary and freeing at the same time. With time staring you in the face you have even more impetus to do what you never made the time for time for and what you love comes into a sharper focus. It is an exciting and pretty happy place to be. Thank you so much for reading, hope you enjoy and here we go…
